As I’ve mentioned in other posts, almost my ENTIRE family is involved with the food/restaurant industry. Being surrounded by that atmosphere growing up made me want to be involved with food for the rest of my life, as in professionally. When going through colleges and making mature decisions when I was as immature as could be, I was so close to choosing a culinary school. The passion for cooking was definitely there, I just wasn’t sure if I wanted to do it for the rest of my life. Being a year away from graduating, I am so glad I didn’t choose that route.
